What the desktop app collects

Nothing. The app stores your strategies, reports and settings in local folders on your machine. It makes no cloud calls except:

• a periodic license check (confirms your key is valid),
• a Web Sync session that you initiate — LAN sessions connect directly, while optional remote sessions pass end-to-end encrypted, short-lived payloads through the configured relay,
• an update check.

What this website collects

We collect only the details you volunteer when subscribing or contacting us: your name, email address, and payment confirmation. That data is used solely to deliver, renew and support your license.

What we never do

• No ads, no cookies for tracking, no profiling.
• No cloud processing of backtests or live bots.
• No selling, renting or sharing your data with third parties.
• No reading of your MT5 terminal beyond the trades you configure AxiomStrat to manage.

Web Sync sessions

A remote pairing session uses AES-256-GCM encryption before data leaves the desktop. The relay receives separate access tokens and encrypted envelopes, but never receives the decryption key, which remains in the secure browser link. Relay session data expires after at most 12 hours. LAN pairing does not use the relay. Anyone who obtains a live secure link can view status and send controls until you rotate it or it expires, so treat it like a password.

Payment handling

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We neither see nor store your full card details; any billing records are limited to what's needed for receipts and renewal.

Data retention & deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and subscription data at any time by contacting us. Local app files remain yours to keep or delete — we have no copy of them.
