AxiomStrat is licensed per machine on a subscription basis. By downloading or activating the software you agree to these terms.
Subject to an active subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run AxiomStrat on one machine at a time. The license is tied to the key issued for your account and period.
You may subscribe monthly, by 6-month term, or annually. Your license key remains valid for the period you paid for. While configured as recurring, the subscription renews automatically and your key stays active; if you cancel, it expires at the end of the paid period. There are no hidden or continuing charges after cancellation.
All sales are final. No refunds are offered after purchase. Your subscription grants you access for the paid period, and you may cancel at any time so it simply expires.
You agree not to: redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software; defeat or share license keys; reverse-engineer the executable beyond normal interoperability; or run the software to trade funds you cannot afford to lose. Trading with leverage carries substantial risk of loss.
AxiomStrat evaluates strategies by replaying historical price data. Past performance, whether produced by AxiomStrat or any simulator, is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any trades placed by the software or by you in reliance on it.
The software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the software, including trading losses.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Termination of this agreement ends your license but does not affect your ongoing obligations.
